Mortgage Affiliate Programme
Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Mortgage Adviser Directory Mortgage Affiliate Programme (the “Programme”). By applying to or participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Mortgage Adviser Directory, we, us, our refers to Mortgage Adviser Directory.
Affiliate, you, your refers to an individual or business approved to participate in the Programme.
Get Matched Lead Form refers to Mortgage Adviser Directory’s mortgage matching enquiry forms designed to connect users with suitable mortgage advisers.
Lead refers to an individual who submits a mortgage enquiry via a Get Matched Lead Form using a valid affiliate tracking link.
Valid Lead means a genuine individual actively seeking mortgage advice, who submits an eligible enquiry in accordance with these Terms.
Commission means the fixed referral fee payable for each Valid Lead.

2. Programme Overview

The Programme allows Affiliates to earn commission by referring individuals to Mortgage Adviser Directory using approved affiliate tracking links.

Affiliates earn a fixed commission of £5 (five pounds sterling) for each Valid Lead submitted via a Get Matched Lead Form, subject to verification and approval.

This Programme operates on a lead-generation basis only. Commission is not linked to mortgage completion, adviser engagement, or lender outcomes.

3. Eligibility and Approval

Participation in the Programme is subject to approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Affiliates must be aged 18 or over, legally permitted to operate in the United Kingdom, and comply with all applicable laws, regulations and advertising standards.

We may suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time if these Terms are breached.

4. Eligible Leads and Tracking

Only enquiries submitted through Mortgage Adviser Directory Get Matched lead forms are eligible for affiliate tracking and commission.

Enquiries submitted via individual adviser listing contact forms, direct adviser enquiry forms, or any other non–Get Matched forms are not eligible for commission, as these forms do not support affiliate tracking.

Affiliates are responsible for directing users to the correct Get Matched lead forms when promoting Mortgage Adviser Directory.

Our affiliate tracking data shall be final in determining whether a Lead is eligible for commission.

5. What Qualifies as a Valid Lead

A Lead will be considered valid if, in our reasonable judgement, the individual is a real person, is actively seeking mortgage advice, provides accurate and complete information, submits the enquiry via an eligible Get Matched lead form, is not duplicated, fraudulent or incentivised, and has not previously submitted a tracked enquiry via Mortgage Adviser Directory.

We reserve the right to reject any Lead that does not meet these criteria.

6. Commission Structure and Payments

Affiliates earn £5 per Valid Lead approved by Mortgage Adviser Directory.

All Leads are subject to internal validation checks. Commission is only payable on approved Valid Leads.

There is no minimum payment threshold. All approved commissions are eligible for payment.

Payments are made using the payment methods supported by our affiliate platform, for example PayPal or bank transfer.

Commissions are paid 7 days after the end of each calendar month, covering Valid Leads approved during the previous month.

Affiliates are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable tax, National Insurance or other charges arising from commissions received.

7. Permitted and Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may promote Mortgage Adviser Directory using websites and blogs, content platforms, social media, email marketing to opted-in audiences, and paid advertising including pay-per-click.

Pay-per-click advertising is permitted provided that Affiliates do not claim to be Mortgage Adviser Directory, do not impersonate us or act as our official representative, do not imply endorsement, partnership or employment, and ensure advertisements are clear, fair and not misleading.

Affiliates must not submit fake, fraudulent or automated leads, incentivise users to submit enquiries without genuine intent, use bots, scripts or click farms, misrepresent Mortgage Adviser Directory or its services, use spam or unsolicited communications, or make claims about guaranteed mortgage approval, rates or outcomes.

Any breach of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Marketing Standards and Disclosure

Affiliates must comply with UK advertising standards and consumer protection laws, clearly disclose any affiliate relationship where required, and ensure all promotions are accurate and transparent.

Affiliates must not present themselves as Mortgage Adviser Directory or act on our behalf.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Programme at any time.

Upon termination, Affiliates must cease all promotion immediately. Commissions relating to invalid or disputed Leads may be withheld. Approved Valid Leads may still be paid at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mortgage Adviser Directory shall not be liable for loss of earnings, profits or business, tracking interruptions or technical issues, or decisions made by mortgage advisers or lenders.

Our total liability in connection with the Programme shall not exceed the total commission paid to the Affiliate in the preceding 12 months.

11. Data Protection

Affiliates must comply with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

Affiliates must not collect, store or process personal data on our behalf unless expressly authorised in writing.

All enquiries are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the Programme

We reserve the right to amend these Terms, the commission structure or the Programme at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
