We have brokers covering face to face appointments in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and London. Appointments will be at a mutually beneficial time, at a place that is convenient for you. We are quite happy to arrange ‘out of office hours’ appointments. If you are outside these areas we are still able to help you through non-face to face appointments via video call and telephone.
Yes, we report directly to the Financial Conduct Authority (no. 452616) giving us access to the whole market place. In addition, we offer exclusive products via packagers that are not available to you on the High Street. This can save you thousands of pounds in monthly costs and upfront fees.

Once your mortgage offer is issued, our brokers will help to progress your case right the way through to completion. Whether this is chasing your solicitor and estate agents to aid the progress of your purchase or ensuring smooth completion of your re-mortgage. Our brokers will be on hand to help you every step of the way.
Once your mortgage has completed we will diarise to contact you to review your mortgage requirements at the end of the product term (typically 6 months before your product comes to an end). We want you as a customer for life and happy in the knowledge that you will do business with us on a regular basis throughout the lifetime of your mortgage.
A typical flat fee of £295 is charged for a Purchase, £195 for a re-mortgage and £95 for a product switch with your current lender. These fees will become payable on completion of the mortgage. This amount may differ based on the complexity of your case. However, we will confirm how much the total fee will be in good time before you apply for a mortgage, but you may ask for this information earlier. This will be detailed on your signed fee agreement. We will also receive a commission from the lender. The exact amount of commission we will receive is not known to us at this stage until a suitable recommendation has been made. We will confirm the actual amount to you as part of the lending illustration we are required to obtain from the lender.
