Q Do you only help clients in Newcastle?

No. Leston Mortgages is based in Newcastle, but we help clients across the UK by phone, email and video call. Local clients are welcome, but you do not need to be nearby to receive mortgage advice.

Q Do you check for better rates after I apply?

Yes. We proactively monitor the mortgage market after your application has been submitted. If a better suitable deal becomes available before completion, we will let you know and discuss whether switching would make sense.

Q Is mortgage advice available outside normal working hours?

Yes. Flexible appointments are available, including evenings and weekends where needed, which can be helpful if you are working, arranging viewings, dealing with estate agents or trying to move quickly on a property.
