This benefit saves clients roughly £180 per will, and as it’s prepared by a solicitor and not just ourselves, you know it’s done properly and will stand the test of time.

This service is available to all clients who take out any form of life, illness or home insurance alongside their mortgage application.

Q Do you really offer a fee free service?

Yes. Like all other brokers, we receive a fee from the lender for the work that we do, however unlike other brokers, we simply choose to not charge you on top. Why? - Easy. We have a constant flow of clients and therefore aren't waiting hours/days between appointments and as such don't feel the need to charge you a fee on top. Giving rate rises, we also want to ensure you don't pay more than you have to.
